Placing orders with Craftmania is as simple as possible!
select the items you would like, add them to your shopping cart and "Check out"
Payments can be made via PayPal or card.
We endeavour to keep all of the items on our site in stock, however from time to time items may sadly be sold out. if this is the case we will notify you asap and refund the amount paid, we will try our best to offer an estimated time on when these items will return in stock if you wish to wait.
We will aim to ship your parcels ASAP!
We know what's it's like... once you click "BUY" we want it to magically appear in front of us so we can crafting with our latest stash!
with this in mind we will have it sent as quick as possible, we aim for all orders to be dispatched within 24 hours (when possible).
UK postage - All orders will be sent 2nd class signed for.
£2.75 on all orders under £35.
FREE on all orders OVER £35
International Postage - We have been inundated with requests to send our items abroad so with this in mind we have started international shipping!
Update - Due to high demand we are trailing a new international shipping rate - 14-10-18
How it works - We have tried to keep this as simple as possible, so we have a flat rate of £10 shipping for all international orders. We will endeavour to get the cheapest postage possible for your order, If we manage to get it cheaper than £10 we will refund you the difference, if the postage costs more than £10 we will pay the extra...This is a trial system and may well be updated in time.
Duties and taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Craftmania does not collect duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
We understand there are times when you may wish to cancel or return your order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any order placed by telephone or internet to obtain a refund for any or all items purchased.
We offer a 14 day product approval period from the point at which you receive your order. If your order should arrive over more than a single delivery, this 14 day period starts from the date the final part of the order is delivered.
Any item returned due to being unsuitable should be returned in saleable condition and is to be returned at the cost of the customer. Upon receipt of the return, Craftmania will happily return the full purchase price of the products returned less any original shipping & handling costs. If any item is returned for a refund that is received in a damaged or unsaleable condition, We reserve the right to refuse a refund and may return the product to the customer.
If product is received faulty or damaged, We will offer a no quibble refund or replacement and will also cover the cost of return. If a refund is requested for a faulty product, We will refund the full cost of the original order along with any associated shipping & handling costs.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, this request should be made as soon as possible by contacting us by telephone.
All returns require approval by Craftmania prior to being made. You should contact us before making any return. We reserve the right to refuse any return made without prior authorisation if it is outside of our 14 day approval period.

Save P&P and time looking around in store for the items you've fallen in love with on here!
pop them in your basket and hit "checkout" go through to "Delivery" and choose
"Click & Collect" - (at this point the P&P charges will be removed from your bill)
Choose to pay now with card or PAYPAL! or choose to "Pay Offline" - meaning you can pay on collection from the store.
This service is set up for collection from our Great Yarmouth store, If you wish to you can also collect your products from Beaches & Cream Lowestoft - (Station Square) just pop a note on your order stating that you wish to collect from here instead of Great Yarmouth and we can have your order transferred to this location - This can take up to 48hrs but we will do this as quick as possible for you.
(You can add a note to your order by clicking the add note button located on the bottom left hand side of the shopping cart page - before hitting checkout) - or feel free to message the page directly after sending your order and we can change it for collection from Beaches & Cream Lowestoft
We will email you the moment that your order is ready for collection.
