Jamie Rodgers In And Out Collection ~ In The Pink By Lynn Lewis

Hello,
Today I am using the Rectangle In and Out Die set to make this very pink card.
If you have any Barbie fans in the family it would be ideal lol.

Step 1
▪️ Take a sheet of A4 white card and fold it in half.
Then take the largest half rectangle die and cut out as seen in the first picture 📸
Cut the card down to 7¼ x 5 inches.
▪️ Using the rectangle dies, again place the largest full one on a piece of white card then all the half rectangles on the right side and cut this out .
Step 2
Now using the Outline Duo rectangle stencil set, using the one that has stitches, place this over the cut out piece and secure then apply the Sparkle Glaze Lilac lustre through the stencil.
Set aside to dry.
While waiting, stick a dark pink card on the inside back of the card and a light pink on the cut out front piece as seen.
Once dry use the stencilled piece and using a blending brush apply Kitsch Flamingo distress ink over the whole piece, then trim out alternating half rectangles and stick this on your card as seen in picture One.
Step 3
From the Fairy Wishes collection select the 'Happy Birthday' sentiment and cut the backing panel with the dark pink card, then use light pink first and shadow that with pink mirror card for the sentiment as seen in picture 2.
Now stick this across the centre of the card on foam roll/pads.
Step 4
From Jamie's Festive collection select the set of 3D presents and cut out 2 each of the present dies in pink mirror card and cut out the ribbons and bows in contrasting pink card then make and finish them off. To stick them to the card I used thin foam pads.
To finish, I cut some balloons from Sue Wilson's Birthday balloon die set plus some more of the ribbon die from the presents die set.
Cut these in an assortment of pink card - I used pieces from my scrap box that are already sorted into colours in wallets.
Stick the balloons on as seen and I stuck some of the balloon string under the sentiment too, ok it don’t match wonderfully but it was an afterthought lol.
Then I stuck a pink gem in each corner on the inside back and tied a bow for the balloons strings.
I will be making a box to put this in at some point :)
