This is a water-based paste medium that has a sand like texture. It can be used to create amazing effects on any project. It can easily be applied to any porous surface with a spatula, brush or sponge. Apply by smoothing over your project in one direction. It is part of a wonderful soft antique colour palette which will be especially good with Sam’s Paris Collection but not limited to that.
