So many of our customers have requested an option to get their hands on their goodies even faster,
so we have introduced a 1st Class Shipping option.
PLEASE NOTE: This does not prioritise the picking order or speed that we pick and pack your orders, we always aim to do this ASAP, and will always prioritise the orders in the order they arrive with us to be fair for all.
However, this will upgrade the shipping service meaning your order will be with you sooner.
International Postage
How it works - We have tried to keep this as simple as possible, so we have a flat rate of £10 shipping for all international orders.
We will endeavour to get the cheapest postage possible for your order, If we manage to source it cheaper than £10 we will refund you the difference, if the postage costs more than £10 we will pay the extra. Please note on rare occasions it may not be possible to fulfil your order dependent on weight and size restrictions to your country.
Duties and taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Craftmania does not collect duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
EUROPE
Please note as of December 2024, we will no longer ship to Europe due to the change in
shipping laws from the U.K in to the E.U.
We understand your frustrations and sincerely hope the new laws are soon changed to allow us to be able to
once again ship our products to the E.U.
