We understand there are times when you may wish to cancel or return your order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any order placed by telephone or internet
to obtain a refund for any or all items purchased.
We offer a 14 day product approval period from the point at which you receive your order. If your order should arrive over more than a single delivery,
this 14 day period starts from the date the final part of the order is delivered.
Any item returned due to being unsuitable should be returned in saleable condition and is to be returned at the cost of the customer. Upon receipt of the return, Craftmania will happily return the full purchase price of the products returned less any original shipping & handling costs. If any item is returned for a refund that is received in a damaged or unsaleable condition, We reserve the right to refuse a refund and may return the product to the customer.
If the product is received faulty or damaged, We will offer a no quibble refund or replacement and will also cover the cost of return. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence. If a refund is requested for a faulty product, We will refund the full cost of the original order along
with any associated shipping & handling costs.
