So this is a super easy technique that anyone can do!
All you need is a Cosmic Shimmer Water Colour Palette - Watercolour Palettes | Craftmania (craftmaniacrafts.com) Mister Bottle - Spray bottles | Craftmania (craftmaniacrafts.com)
Plain Card
A Paint Brush. Mist over both sides of your card stock (I love using my off cuts for this!)
Now activate your paints - I just mist over the top of the complete palette to activate all of the colours but you can just drop a little drip or two on the colours you wish to use.
Once the paints and card are prepped... Start placing lines of colour across your card...
Build them up as randomly as you wish
Once you feel you have added as many lines in as you wish, you may choose to lightly mist it with water to get the lines to start blending.
Now use your brush and go back over the lines blending them. If you wish to, add a lighter shade in as you go to help the blend become seamless.
Leave to dry or speed up with a heat gun.
Once dry die cut it, emboss it, stamp on it etc...
Why not brayer over the top or add inks, glitter kiss & more to finish it off...
Why not give it a try on black card stock...
