Hi crafters,
Well have you got the Christmas bug yet?
After watching Jamie's video last Sunday with the John Next Door set I did lol.
You can watch the video here if you missed it:
Step 1:
Cut out the pieces as seen in picture one from the Regal Holly Frame set and the Leaping Stag Band set and colour them in with Nova watercolour paints .
The plain background piece I diluted some light grey paint on the Mat with some water then using a damp sponge I sponged it over the card.
I quite like how it’s come out .
Step 2:
Let’s glitter these pieces up!
I used some Hunters Green sparkle paste on the holly leaves and just dabbed it on with my finger..as seen in picture 2
Next I used Nebula Stickles Glitter gel on the Stags backing piece and Moon Dust Stickles gel on the stags and other bits .
Step 3:
Now take a piece of parchment card in light Blue and cut it using the largest Noble pierced square die, it’s about 7 & 3/8 x 7 & 3/8 inches.
Now stick the grey background piece on top as seen in picture 3 then take a piece of gold ribbon round these two pieces and secure on the back.
Step 4:
Now you can stick this onto a 8"x8" card blank.
Next, follow with the holly frame, as seen in picture 4, and add the stag background piece on pads across the centre.
You can now stick the other stags across the corners and the centre of the card as seen on the card.
To finish I used the Christmas Blessings die from Jamie's festive collection in gold mirror card and some gems on the snow flakes and corners.
Such lovely dies to use for Christmas.
Have a fun week crafting,
Take care,
Lynn x
