Design Team ~ Naughty Or Nice Scrapbook Page By Ian Rump-Smith | Craftmania Blog

Yes, I know what you are all thinking!

Why a Christmas scrapbook page in February?

Well, if you've seen the card samples then you will know that the products used are at an amazing price at the moment and I couldn't resist stocking up....

Come back and check the blog again nearer the time if you want to make it up.....

So here's how I made my page in five simple steps.

Step 1

I chose a page from the 12x12 Naughty Or Nice Paper Pad for my base. (Also available in a 6x6")

From the same range in the Decoupage Pad, I chose the "Santa Stop Here" design and pushed out the pieces. Using foam pads I built it up and then set it aside.

From the 12x12 pad, I then cut out the male and female Pixie and again put them aside.

Step 2

Using my Creative Expressions Noble Square Corner dies I cut 4 squares from the 6x6 Naughty Or Nice Pad and then cuts mats for them in Rose Gold Mirror Card.

I used double sided tape to them stick together.

Now the photo square doesn't have to be made like I have on my project, as you would use your actual photos and you can use the corner dies to cut your photos and also the mats.

Step 3

For my corners, I used one from Creative Expressions Wings Of Wonder Swirl Corner Duo Die Set.

I cut it out of white card and then used a Distress Oxide Ink Pad in Iced Spruce to colour.

I love this colour!

Corners are just perfect for scrapbook pages because of the size of them.

I used wet glue and stuck these to adjacent corners of my page.

Step 4

I next took 2 tags from the Snowflake Kraft Tags Pack and coloured the edges with Distress Oxide Ink - Carved Pumpkin and Uncharted Mariner.

Then using my marker pen, I wrote Naughty on one, and Nice on the other.

Using a white marker I added some little star designs.

Taking the string provided in the tag pack, I cut and tied one on each tag.

I then stuck some silver glitter card behind the snowflake on each tag and secured with double sided tape.

Step 5

Now I had designed my page, I put all my pieces as see in this photo.

Course your own layout is up to you, as you might have more photos or embellishments that are relevant to your happy day.

Plenty to choose from in Decoupage Pad.

And there we go guys.... I hope my page has given you some inspiration.

I'd love to see your ideas so be sure to share with us on our Facebook Group - Create With Craftmania And Jamie Rodgers.

Well thanks for reading and I look forward to bringing you my next creation.....

Thank you for reading, have a wonderful crafty week :-)

Take care
