Background - This is created using a simple mist of water and the Shimmer Shakers, allowing the colours to burst out and blend in areas. TOP TIP - Mist both sides of the card so it stays flat - When you apply moisture to one side of card it tends to bow and create runs in the effect. - Top Tip from the amazing Jane Gill!
