For this panel I have used the "Shaving Foam" technique that you will find out more about on our free ideas sheets (Link Below)

Flower Panel - I have stamped this on to a piece of white card stock and heat embossed it in clear. I have taken a small amount of the Shimmer Shakers and tapped them out in to a paint pallet, mixed in a small amount of water to make my own pearlescent paint... and painted the floral details on the stamped image.
