Jamie Rodgers Crafts Christmas Wishes Collection ~ Season's Greetings By Lynn Lewis

Hello Crafters......
Today I'll be using the lovely stamp set from Jamie Rodgers Crafts NEW Christmas Wishes Stamp Collection.
Step 1
Take a sheet of Polar White Elite Card and place the Pinstripe Stencil on top (diagonally as seen below 📸). Stick down with low tack / stencil tape.
As seen in Picture 1 📸 stencil with Candied Apple Distress Ink and then remove.
✅ TIP - As best practice, always wash your stencils straight after use.
Step 2
Next stamp out your Father Christmas from the Gift Of Christmas Stamp Set, along with a couple of the holly corners using Versafine Onyx Black Ink.
Then colour your stamped image in with the following Distress Inks :-
▪️Candied Apple
▪️Mowed Lawn
▪️Villainous Potion
▪️Lost Shadow
▪️Spun Sugar
▪️Rustic wilderness
▪️Black Soot
✅ Use a white gel pen for the important small details :-)
When you’ve finished, fussy cut them out.
Use Jamie's Clear Drying Glue and fine crystal glitter on all the white bits (as you can see on the finished card 📸) and some fine gold glitter on the ribbons, on the presents.
✅ TIP - The Quickie Glue Pen is perfect for projects like this; so easy to use and a great add to your stash for anything like this :-)
I applied Gilding Flakes on Santas' belt buckle with my Quickie Glue Pen and gilding flakes on his before I did all the glittery bits.
I coloured his beard with Lost Shadow Distress Ink.
When dry, I again used my white gel pen and swept lines through it to give it a realistic finish and look.
Step 3
▪️Take a piece of Polar White Elite Card measuring 13cm x 17½ cm and place it on your
Stamp Platform.
▪️Stamp "Season's Greetings" all around the edge - alternating the Versafine Clair colours in
Strawberry and Verdant.
▪️Now cut two pieces of Raven Black Elite Card measuring 10cm x 14½ cm and 13½ cm x 18cm. Cut the striped red stencilled background piece to 14cm x 9½ cm.
Step 4
Let’s assemble the card....
Taking a white card blank 19cm x 14½ cm.
Size and mat in the following order :-
▪️Raven Black, then the seasons greetings sheet, then Raven Black, and lastly the striped background
Stick the holly corners on and lastly place Father Christmas on foam pads on the card.
