Hey Crafters!
Have you come across the Mini Paper Pads that are on special offer?
Well I had to have a play... and the 10x10xm sheets might be small but they are so much fun!!
Step 1
▪️I started with an 8x8" card base - it can't be any smaller, as you will see as we go along....
The Pad I used for this card was Game On.
▪️I picked out 4 different sheets and then used my Creative Expressions Noble Round Corner Square Dies to cut them out.
I also cut out 4 more squares the same size in black card.
✅ NOTE - I used the square that just fit on the paper.
Glue the papers onto the black bases so they look like coasters.
Step 2
▪️I added the panels to my card base and judged the position to put them in by eye (I'm not one for all this measuring lol).
▪️I used foam tape to add a little dimension on the card.
Step 3
Making my sentiments
I've used 3 die sets here...
▪️I cut the labels from the new Creative Expressions Fairy Wishes Collection by Jamie Rodgers - "Thinking Of You" and "With Love."
The labels are perfect for all your sentiments in this range :-)
▪️I then used Jamie Rodgers Sentiment Collection - Alphabet and Numbers die set.
▪️Using black card I cut out the letters for 'Dad' and 'Sports Fan'.
Of course you can change these for any occasion or according to your preference.
▪️Using Woodware's Ultra Fine Glue Applicator, I added my letters to the labels.
I used foam pads to add to the card.
Step 4
To complete my card, I used Sweet Dixie's Die Set Ten Pin Bowling.
▪️I cut my pieces in white card and then added colour with my alcohol marker.
I added coloured card behind any holes from pieces coming out of the die cuts.
I adhered these to the centre of my card with glue and also foam pads.
And that is it.... a really nice quick card - perfect for male themed cards or scrapbook pages etc.
