Instructions - Pillar Card
This has to be one of easiest card blanks I can help you create... so let's get started...
1- cut your self 4 backing plates (shown at the top of picture 1) 8"x8" 6"x8" 4"x8"
2.5"x8" And then we need the pillars... so cut yourself x2 of each of these... 5"x8" 5"x6" 5"x4"
2 - Score your pillars - pop each one of your six panels on your score board vertically and score them at 1" -2" - 3" - 4" this will give you 5 sections to each panel. Take the 4 backing panels and cut the 3 smallest to create your slopes.. as seen in the top part of picture 2 - leave the 8"x8" panel to be your solid back panel.
3 - Use your Cosmic Shimmer glue, and add it to one end of the scored panels - wrapping them round to make a cube.
4 - Repeat this for all 6 pieces so you end up with 6 tubes.
5 - Let’s start building! - Add the two longest pillars to each side of your 8"x8" backing panel
6 - Now add your largest slope on top of the pillars
7 - Step forward by attaching your 6" pillars to the top of the slopes
8 - Add on your next slope..
9 - Time to add on both the 4" pillars...
10 - Last step in the construction of our ski resort.. add on the snow drift panel at the front Your card should be able to squish down virtually flat! Now obviously I've built mine to show you how.. I haven't added any decorations to this one... If you look at mine I've added layered panels of blue and white to my panels before gluing together, I've also added glitter glue snow to my slopes.. and inner decoration to my pillars.. all this will be easier to add as you construct, instead of decorating it blank, if you wish for it to look like mine :)
