Today I'm bringing you a lovely quick and simple card made with these gorgeous Spellbinders Poinsettia dies....
Step 1
Take a piece of red card measuring 25cm x 17.5 cm
Score half way and fold with a bone folder .
This makes your card base .
Step 2
In white card, cut out a Noble Cut Corner Rectangle from Sue Wilson's Die Set.
You need the one that measures 14.3 x 11.3 cm
Stick this to your card base.
Step 3
Cut out your chosen sentiment in Gold Mirror Card.
Here I've used one of Sue Wilson's Mini Expressions Sentiment Dies.
Glue this onto your card base as seen in my photo below.
✅ You can find the complete Collection of Sue Wilson's Sentiments on her "Shop By Designer Page - HERE
Step 4
From Jamie Rodgers' NEW Festive Collection - The Christmas Border Set, cut out the die that looks like a candy cane in red card.
Now stick this onto your card (as seen) and trim off the little bits of excess.....
Step 5
Cut out and make up your Poinsettia - you can use the following video as a guide to help :-)
I've used a red Alcohol Pen to colour my Poinsettia, and Distress Oxide Ink Peeled Paint for the green bits.
In addition, I've used Cosmic Shimmer's 3D Pearl Accent Glue for the centres.
You can of course just make them up how you normally do.
Step 6
With Cosmic Shimmer Sparkle Pastes Holly Green and apple red brush a little onto the tips of the poinsettia to give a little shimmer.
Step 7
Stick your Poinsettia onto the card.
A classic, yet really simple card to make :-)
Best wishes,

I love the simplicity of this card you really don't need anything else with it as the Poinsettia does all the talking, I watched the video and was blown away by it, Susan put a different twist on how it is put together, I have many many beautiful flowers put together but not quite like this one, it's stunning and will be giving it a go when I get started on my Christmas cards.
Oh I like this, and as you said a simple card to do too.
Sometimes the simple cards are the best. Love it
