A4 Double Sided Self Adhesive Sheets - 5 Sheets

Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Powders

First of all, adhere your self-adhesive sheet to a sheet of card.

I then placed an A5 piece roughly in the middle of an A4 sheet of bright white Foundations card stock.

As I know that I will want to trim around this once it's finished, I am happy to start on a larger sheet of card stock.

Peel the top off of the self-adhesive sheet

And build up a tiled background using as many cuts as required from Bright White Foundations of the smallest die from the Cut Corner Squares die

Once you have built up your pattern sprinkle on your Cosmic Shimmer Shimmer Shakers, Pixie Powders Or Pixie Sparkles For mine I used Shimmer Shakers - Pure Gold, Electric Blue, Purple Paradise, Lush Pink & Grass Green.

Use your Sponge Applicator to brush off the excess powder (you can always save this for a future project)

Lightly mist with water...

Leave to dry...

Trim down to the required size...

Add on a few pearls... and hey presto! One simple and easy steel looking background sheet.

You could even play around with your colour combos to create more tarnished metal effects, or maybe alternate your squares in white & black card. The options are endless!
