Hello Crafters
Today's card, I made using the Sue Wilson's Classic and Intermediate Weaving Die Sets.
▪️I first cut out the "Classic" in Craftmania's Ivory Pearl Paper and then the "Intermediate" in Pink Pearl Paper. I stuck the pink strips to the ivory ones, and then wove them together as you can see in the picture below.
▪️Next I cut out Sue Wilson’s Poppies from her Layered Flowers Collection from coloured card as seen, and layered them up with glue and then placed them to one side.
▪️Taking a 7x7 card blank, I stuck pink card onto it to fit.
▪️I cut Creative Expressions Double Stitched Octagon Die from Craftmania's Pink non-shedding glitter card. I stuck this onto the woven piece before trimming off any excess that showed beneath.
▪️Using Foam Roll, I adhered the whole section onto the centre of the card.
▪️To finish, I glued my pink poppies and foliage to the bottom edge, and using Jamie Rodgers Female Relatives - Sentiment Collection dies, I added "Mum" in ivory paper.
▪️I drew around the same die face up on the pick non shedding glitter card, then cut it out and turned it over for the background - then stuck the ivory Mum sentiment onto it!
If you like that extra finishing touch, then you can add a bow like I have here, long with some pink gems in the corners.
