Create the ultimate distressed edge on papers with Premier Craft Tools - Tearing Rulers. This set includes three 12” rulers each with two different tearing edges giving you a total of six different looks in total. On one ruler edge the measurements go up to 12” whilst the opposite edge includes a centre point and measure up to 6” either side. The robust clear plastic allows you to align the ruler in your desired position with ease. Simply lay the ruler onto your chosen paper, ensuring the bevelled edge is facing up, and hold in place whilst you pull the paper along the shaped edge. We recommend slowly pulling the paper at a 45 degree angle for a neat tear. Designs include small and large zig-zags, small and large waves and two distressed-style edges.
