Happy Wednesday Crafter's....

I thought I'd have a go at another scrapbook page - influenced by the new movie about a Chocolate Entrepreneur :-)

We all love sweets... so I hope you'll love my page just as much haha!!

Step 1

I decided to raid my stash for a patterned page for this creation, and not use a plain page, as I wanted a lot going on.

Choose your own page that you think would suit.

I set this aside for now and got creating all the elements I needed for my page.

I thought I would get the Bubblegum Machine done first.

I used the above Spellbinders set to cut out all of the relevant pieces, gluing together as the image 📸

I used accetate on top of the frame.

I used a fine tipped glue applicator to apply my glue around the white frame before placing on top. I I I also cut a black piece to go in the background.

I cut some extra bubblegum balls out for later.

Step 2

Next I cut out two frames using Creative Expressions Decorative Squared Rectangles die set, in a pale pink and yellow.

I cut these to size and then glued them onto another colour and cut around them.

These will be used for mounting photos.

Step 3

My rainbow was so easy to make, and so effective!

I just pencilled some arches onto white card (freehand) and then cut them out.

I then coloured each piece in a different colour using Distress Oxide Inks and blending brushes.

So many colours… so the choice is yours!!

✅ TIP - I find Oxides blend so well and this is my go-to ink for colouring.

I glued this I to the top left corner of my page ready.

Step 4

For my two bubbles, I cut from some scrap card using a couple of dies from Jamie Rodgers In And Out Circle die set.

I used a white acrylic pen to add the light on the bubbles and then wrote a quote on the largest bubble with a ball point pen.

I then cut out the letters for my named person ( made up as didn't want to get into trouble using the original name). I used Jamie's Sentiment Collection - Alphabet and Numbers die set with black card.

Using my Presscut Plain Rectangles I made a mat and layer, and then glued my letters on making the name "Wally Winker."

I added a peel off star to the corner.

Step 5

For the swirls at the bottom of my rainbow, I used Jamie's Wings Of Wonder Swirl and Corner Duo set and just cut one part of the flowery die in 3 colours.

I then added these to the rainbow using a fine nozzle glue.

Now using some of the extra bubblegum balls, glue them at random places over the rainbow.

Final Step

I started placing my remaining pieces around to see where they looked best, and once happy I used glue and foam tape to put in place.

I then used some more bubblegum balls on my machine and also on my photo frames.

There we go all complete.

A perfect page for those children that have a sweet tooth!

Thanks for looking at my blog today and I hope it has given some inspiration to you talented scrapbookers out there.

Join me next week for another Inspirational blog.

Have a great rest of the week!
