So the gilding flakes are out again lol they can be very addictive and they make a very striking background ;)
I have taken a 7x7 card and have cut a black square 12.5cm x 12.5cm and stuck to the card.
Take a piece of card that has the A4 double side sticky on one side and cut to a square 12cm x 12cm.
Peel off the paper cover and apply your gilding flakes and stick this onto the black layer of the card .
Next for the sentiment part, the total size of this piece of black card is 7.5cm x 2.8cm, then take a piece slightly smaller with gilding flakes stuck on top, the same as we did for the previous step.
Then stamp out in black ink on white card the sentiment ‘Thanks so much’ and Matt this with black card and stick onto the other piece and glue onto the card. I then used the dies from the Sue Wilson ‘Butterfly Delights’ cut one in black and the Windswept Grasses die cut 4 in black. I cut one of the grasses to make it look longer at the end then clipped the other two down and glued these all on and the butterfly above the sentiment.
Lastly get 6 pearls(I didn’t have any black so I coloured these with a black marker pen or alcohol pen) and place these along the top and the bottom .
