Jamie Rodgers In and Out Collection ~ Dad ! By Lynn Lewis .

Hello all, I am back with another great way to use the In and Out Die Collection. Today I have made a Dad card with the circle and the Star 'In and Out' dies .

So let’s take a look...

Step 1

Take a sheet of A4 white card and fold in half, then take the circle 'In and Out' set and place the dies as shown and cut them out .

Then fold back every other half circle and stick them down on the inside of the card ,you can cut them off if you want but I think it looks neater folded .

Don't get confused with my picture below, I have shown it on the wrong side to illustrate the folding back .

Now fold the card in half again and trim the card down to 17.5cm x 14.5 cm .

Step 2

Take the metallic smooth card pack and using the Rose Gold cut a piece that will fit behind the inside front cover so there are coloured half rings as well as white.

Next, take the Rose Gold A4 Mirror card and cut a piece to fit as seen on the front of mine and stick down .

Step 3

Take the sheet of Vintage Cars Die cut decoupage and make the red car .

I used 3D glue for these, but you could use foam pads if you prefer.

When dry, stick your car on the card as seen .

Next, from the Jamie Rodgers male relatives die set select 'Dad' and cut in the Smooth Rose Gold card then take the same die and place it facing up on white card. Draw around it, then fussy cut it out then turn it over and stick the 'Dad' die cut on it .

Stick this on the card as seen .

Next, cut from Jamie's sentiment collection, Essentials 2 - Happy Birthday, in the Rose mirror card and stick it to the bottom white ring as seen .

Step 4

To finish the card, using the Star 'In and Out' die set, cut out 1 of the smallest star dies in Rose gold mirror card and Five of the smallest stars in the smooth Rose gold card .

Now stick these to your card as seen .

I love how using the same colour card but different finishes looks so effective and you could also use this Dad card for a special Birthday and put say '70' in the stars or whatever number is appropriate.

Plus you don’t have to stick to one die set to make a project here, I have used two, so mix and match them.

Hope you enjoy making one too .

Happy crafting

Lynn x
