Wings Of Wonder Collection ~ Love Is Like A Butterfly By Jamie Rodgers

Hello All....
I hope you are all enjoying my new Wings Of Wonder Collection, and it is wonderful to see so many of you sharing your creations with us on our Facebook Group - Create With Craftmania And Jamie Rodgers. It means a lot to me, to see you get the best out of your products... so here is another card to inspire you! :-)
▪️Start off by covering a Double Sided Adhesive Sheet (attached to a sheet of card on one side) in the BRAND NEW Cosmic Shimmer Black Pearl - Mineral Micas.
I have then cut four of the corner dies from the sheet, along with two butterflies and a layering panel for my sentiment.
▪️I’ve then cut out a frame using Sue Wilson’s Noble Pierced Square Die Set and added foam tape to the reverse. Next I took the four corners and positioned them over the foam tape facing down.
▪️Next I’ve added another layer of foam tape to the frame, so that the corners are suspended between the two layers of foam tape.
▪️Here I've now cut out a lattice panel and left it in the card stock. I’ve then glued another piece of Foundations Coconut White Card to the reverse of it to give the look of embossed card.
▪️Next, I trimmed this to the size of the frame and attached it to the back of the frame. In the middle, I have added a raised black matt, with another panel of cut lace attached to a backing of Coconut White.
▪️Now for the sentiment, which I’ve glued onto a sentiment panel. I cut my panel from the panel the Mineral Mica sheet which I made earlier. I have snipped this in half and attached to the back of the Coconut White panel to give it a wider presence, and to match my colours up.
▪️Finally, I've attached this with foam tape.
I have also used a couple of layers to black/mirror/coconut white card and then on a card blank measuring 7¾ x 7¾ inches square. For the finishing touches, I've added some delicate gems to the swirls and butterfly.

Another fabulous card I don't know how you manage to keep pulling them out of the bag, but please keep pulling 😉 love the new collection which I have only got a couple of at the moment, I'm just hoping I've got enough space for all the new kit I've got over the last 12 months, but I'm nearly at the end of sorting new room out.......finally, then I can start to have a big time.

I love the mineral micas, only have 2 pots at the moment so will added more in my next order.
It's great that you and the team make, explain and show what to do and get us trying new techniques which for some is out of their comfort zone.

Beautiful card Jamie. I have some mineral micas haven't had a play with them yet! Must have a go.
Thank you for the set again so many ideas buzzing around my head I don't know which to do next. Still have a couple of dies that I haven't played with yet, so may be I will start with one of them.
